This indoor water park was opened back in 2020 and it currently boasts over 721,000 square feet. This one is so big that it has 32 water slides, 18 swimming pools and 10 hot tubs. Not only that, but even if 10,000 people stormed this place at once, the staff and the facility can handle everything with ease!
Tropical Islands in Brand, Germany
The Tropical Islands in Brand, Germany is the second largest indoor water park in the world as of now.
This one is so big that it spans over 710,000 square feet. Not only that, but it is the largest freestanding building in the world. Right now, it has an indoor beach, water rides and lastly, it can accommodate up to 7,000 people together.
DreamWorks Water Park In New Jersey
If you are in the United States of America, particularly in New Jersey, you want to visit the DreamWorks Water Park, considering that it is the third biggest indoor water park in the world. The DreamWorks Water Park is being run at more than 370,000 feet of land. It has one of the biggest wave pools in the world right now, with around 1.5 acres.
Fun Fact: The DreamWorks Water Park in New Jersey, USA, has the world’s largest indoor wave pool.
The Beijing National Aquatics Center
The last one on our list is the Beijing National Aquatics Center, which is now known as the Water Cube.
Originally, this one was built for the swimming competitions during the 2008 Summer Olympics, but after the Olympics, the massive building was left unused and the government decided that half of its interior should be turned into a water park. Right now, the new Water Cube of Beijing has water rides, a wave pool, slides, and several spa areas for its visitors.
